kSA SpectraTemp
Measure the absolute temperature of semiconductor wafers and other materials…
The kSA SpectraTemp is an optically-based temperature measurement and calibration tool that analyzes the spectral radiation profile to determine absolute temperature without the need to know the material’s emissivity or to calibrate temperature. Within seconds, the system provides accurate absolute blackbody temperatures. The kSA SpectraTemp can also be used to calibrate other temperature measurement devices.
